 * Strong Python and strong SQL.
 * Comfortable defining your own metric when nobody hands you one.
 * Fluent written and spoken English.

## Description

* Own the precision and yield of every collection channel we run.
 * Make agent-driven collection something we can depend on rather than a prototype.
 * Open new collection channels, so that no single one dominates what we find.
 * Own extraction and entity resolution: turning inconsistent source data into records we trust.
 * Build the measurement that says whether a change to a channel improved what we collect.
 * Partner with our data engineers to take what you prove into production.
 * Bring judgment about which sources are worth the effort and which are not.
