This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to identify equipment performance issues, eliminate chronic failures, optimize maintenance strategies, and reduce overall lifecycle costs. The Reliability Engineer serves as the technical lead for reliability programs and utilizes IBM Maximo to analyze equipment history, maintenance effectiveness, asset health, and failure trends.
