## About the Role

* Diploma in cybersecurity, informatica of vergelijkbare ervaring
 * Ervaring met implementatie van PAM oplossingen is een sterke troef.
 * Ervaring met implementatie van IAM / IGA oplossingen (SailPoint ISC of IdentityIQ is een sterke troef)
 * Interesse om zich verder te verdiepen in de combinatie van beide domeinen
 * Goede kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans , evenals Engels
 * Analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
 * Je kan technische en operationele teams meenemen in verandering rond privileged access
 * "Een beveiligingsnerd zijn is absoluut geen probleem"
 * Flexibel en bereid tot een combinatie van thuiswerk en on-site werk (Brussel)

 * Je onboardt applicaties via standaard- en maatwerkconnectoren
 * Je werkt samen met Product Owners en technische teams aan sterke applicatie-integraties
 * Je draagt bij aan centraal accountbeheer in kritische systemen zoals Active Directory en Microsoft Entra ID
 * Je helpt governance uitbouwen voor human identities en non-human identities, zoals service accounts, API-identiteiten en AI-agents
 * Je ondersteunt de evolutie naar toegangsaanvragen via het IGA-platform
 * Je draagt bij aan toegangscertificaties, reviews en Segregation of Duties-controles

PAM

 * Je helpt het PAM-programma opstarten en verder uitbouwen
 * Je realiseert quick wins rond privileged access, processen en tooling
 * Je helpt veilige beheerprocessen definiëren voor IT- en applicatiebeheer
 * Je werkt met technische teams aan betere controle, monitoring en auditing van privileged access
 * Je draagt bij aan hogere maturiteit rond privileged access governance
 * Je ondersteunt de integratie tussen PAM en IGA voor end-to-end toegangsbeheer

Samenwerking en governance

 * Je vormt de brug tussen security, IT en business
 * Je vertaalt securityprincipes naar praktische en haalbare processen
 * Je draagt bij aan Security, Privacy & AI by Design
