The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, and experience with Salesforce integrations, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management., * Gather and define technical requirements with customers, end users, architects, and business stakeholders. * Ensure technical solutions align with customer requirements, performance goals, security standards, and long-term strategy. * Own Salesforce release cycles, deployments, and application updates. * Provide technical leadership for project environments. * Establish and maintain development standards and guidelines. * Collaborate with developers across other systems to support enterprise integrations. * Ensure solutions comply with State of Michigan security guidelines. * Design and document technical architecture solutions across multiple platforms. * Identify technical risks and issues and recommend solutions. * Develop training plans to support transition to Maintenance & Operations. * Manage Salesforce technical change and release management processes.
