Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: * Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Additional or Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field AND 15+ years of experience managing large-scale physical infrastructure or capital projects, including construction, commissioning, scheduling, or project execution within data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial environments, or large-scale real estate development; OR equivalent experience. * 6+ years people management experience * 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. * Proven leadership of large physical infrastructure or capital projects involving buildings and facilities. * Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical, electrical, networking, and building automation systems. * Comfortable working at the Executive level within a highly matrixed organization. * Experience driving execution with large complex infrastructure projects. * Experience across several phases of the project lifecycle: Planning and scheduling, Permitting, Contracting, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Project execution and Stakeholder alignment * Technical program management experience managing scope, schedule, budget, contracts, quality, people, risk, and communications. * Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with large and diverse teams. * Understanding business and financial objectives. #COICareers | #EPCCareers | #DCDCareers Technical Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year.
