* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree preferred
 * 12+ years' experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation with significant growth impact
 * 4+ years in a leadership role, directly partnering with executive stakeholders
 * Expertise in experimentation and causal inference with hands-on test design experience
 * Strong background in attribution modeling, particularly multi-touch and media mix modeling
 * Experience with lifecycle analytics tools like Customer.io or similar platforms
 * Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with dbt and AI-native tools

## Description

* Develop and oversee analytical strategy for the marketing funnel from user activation to retention
 * Lead product analytics initiatives focusing on member onboarding and engagement
 * Serve as the key analytical voice to senior leaders on member performance metrics
 * Design and manage the company's experimentation program across various functions
 * Develop and refine the attribution framework to adapt to evolving marketing channels
 * Collaborate with Clinical Operations to enhance member retention strategies
 * Maintain and improve dbt data models, emphasizing data quality and usability
 * Engineer context into BI tools for effective self-service and informed decision-making
