Manage the project lifecycle from initial technical scoping and requirements gathering through to launch and post-launch support, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. * Partner with Engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve technical blockers within Generative AI workflows. This may involve aspects of prompt engineering, data pipeline issues, and other factors impacting model quality and performance. * Coordinate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and UX partners to ensure alignment on project goals, milestones, and timelines. * Identify, track, and help mitigate project-level risks and dependencies. Ensure all necessary safety, legal, privacy, and regulatory checkpoints are addressed, properly documented, and met to facilitate a smooth and compliant launch. * Utilize data-driven frameworks, project management tools, and OKRs to meticulously track program health and progress.
