## About the Role

* Que atiendas llamadas, chats y solicitudes de usuarios que trabajan habitualmente en una Pyme, a través del sistema de ticketing,
 * Que des soporte informático L1: incidencias y peticiones relativas al puesto de trabajo del usuario, diagnóstico de problemas de red, administración de usuarios de Active directory, alta/baja de accesos VPN
 * Que sepas de Microsoft 365.
 * Que estés familiarizado/a con herramientas de ticketing
 * Que realices el seguimiento de los tickets, * Quieres aprender, tener más conocimientos técnicos y metodología de soporte.
 * Quieres y te puedes comprometer con el puesto
 * Tienes el CFGS Informática o similar, o conocimientos equivalentes
 * Tienes Conocimientos y experiencia en todo lo que pedimos anteriormente.
 * Dominas el castellano, catalán e inglés
 * Tienes don de gentes y facilidad de trato con los/as usuarios/as. Nuestro trabajo consiste en ayudar a personas y por eso es clave.
 * Tienes Compromiso y ganas de aprender de manera continua., Idiomas: Catalán (Alto) | Inglés (Alto)

Formación Mínima: FP2/Grado Superior
