 * Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current design and social media trends.

## Description

* Design and produce high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
 * Develop on-brand creative content for advertisements, newsletters, events, and social media campaigns.
 * Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create cohesive and engaging visual storytelling across all platforms.
 * Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
 * Assist with website updates and basic UI/UX design initiatives.

Social Media Management

 * Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
 * Create, schedule, and publish engaging social content aligned with the Spa Castle brand voice and marketing goals.
 * Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
 * Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
 * Analyze social media performance using analytics and insights tools, providing recommendations for growth and optimization.
 * Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.
 * Build relationships with influencers, brand partners, and customers to strengthen the online community and brand presence.
