What You'll Do Own the software architecture and technical vision for PathWave Test Sync Executive Align architecture and integration strategy across multiple products and teams Challenge requirements and propose alternatives when a better technical approach exists Mentor and provide technical leadership to a growing R&D team in Barcelona Contribute hands-on to development of key features Drive cross-team technical collaboration across a globally distributed organization (Barcelona, India, US) What We're Looking For Required 10+ years of software development, including 5+ years in software architecture Strong expertise in modern C++ Experience with low-level or performance-critical systems (real-time, synchronization, hardware drivers, or embedded systems) Deep experience working on large-scale, complex software systems - owning significant parts of the design, not just individual features Cross-platform xsgfvud development (Windows and Linux) Strong API design skills Experience with
