## About the Role

What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in a relevant technical support or engineering environment.
Strong experience with complex technical troubleshooting and escalations.
Cybersecurity or networking industry experience is highly desirable.
Experience with endpoint security technologies such as Cortex XDR, EDR or MDR would be highly desirable.
Experience working with SIEM, SOC or security operations technologies would also be a strong advantage.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce and Jira is desirable.
Fluent English is essential (B2+ minimum).
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification/experience is desirable.
