Five (5) years of relevant program management experience or supervision of professional staff. Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders Preferred Degree Concentrations/Major: Communications, English, Public Relations, Social Media, Digital Communications, or a similar degree Additional Comments Candidates with no previous state service will begin at the starting rate of the salary range listed above. ## Description Duties Description The Website and Intranet Manager oversees the development and execution of the digital communications strategy for the website, intranet, and internal communications. * Execute integrated digital strategies for public website and intranet. Suggest KPIs and report on performance to executive staff. * Evaluate and recommend new digital communication tools and platforms to enhance agency presence and internal communication. * Enforce agency-wide standards for digital content (plain language, accessibility, branding, AI) and manage content strategy/policy for all digital platforms. * Advise on internal communications and oversee execution. * Act as the primary liaison with executive staff and program areas. Foster strong collaboration across internal teams while supporting organizational goals. * Communicate complex information clearly and concisely. * Coach staff on effective audience engagement across digital channels. * Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and build a high-performing digital communications team.
