## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung (FH / Uni / HTL) in Informatik, Software Engineering oder Wirtschaftsinformatik

AufgabengebietDu arbeitest nicht "im Testing" - sondern als Softwareentwickler mit Fokus auf Qualität.

Der Schwerpunkt deiner Rolle liegt auf der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Testframeworks in C# / .NET.

 * Du entwickelst und verbesserst das interne Testframework kontinuierlich weiter
 * Du arbeitest an Architektur, Stabilität und Wartbarkeit der Testautomatisierung
 * Du analysierst Testergebnisse und leitest daraus konkrete technische Verbesserungen ab
 * Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Teststrategie und Standards ein
 * Du entwickelst automatisierte Tests auf verschiedenen Ebenen (z. B. API, UI)

Wichtig: Du entwickelst Software für die Testautomatisierung - nicht nur Tests selbst. Manuelles Testing ist kein Fokus deiner Rolle.

Du startest nicht bei null: Es gibt ein bestehendes Framework, das du weiterentwickelst, refactorst und auf das nächste Level bringst.
