* Studium in Wirtschafts/Informatik oder Rechts-/Wirtschaftswissenschaften (oder vergleichbare Qualilifikation wie bankfachliche Ausbildung/Fortbildung mit technischer Affinität o. IT-Ausbildung mit Weiterbildungen im Bereich Banken und Finanzdienstleistungen
 * Langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Governance, IT-Risiko-Management und IT-Compliance, insbesondere in Umfeldern mit geteilter Verantwortung zwischen Dienstleister und Kunde
 * Fließende, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement

 * ITIL
 * ISO 27001, * Etablierung und Steuerung übergreifender Verfahren zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, MaRisk)
 * Konzeption, Durchführung und Überwachung automatisierter Kontrollmaßnahmen; Beratung von Fachbereichen zu Lösungsansätzen
 * Planung, Organisation und Betrieb der IT-Netzwerke sowie der Client-/Serverinfrastruktur
 * Durchführung von First- und Second-Level-Support sowie Koordination der internen Kommunikation bei technischen Anliegen
 * Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
