## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung in IT-Betrieb oder Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise im Interims- oder Projektkontext.
 * Tiefe Kenntnisse in hybriden Microsoft-Infrastrukturen, VMware-Umgebungen und modernen Storage-Lösungen.
 * Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Einführung standardisierter IT-Prozesse und Governance-Strukturen.
 * Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten sowie in der Entwicklung von Mobile-/BYOD-Strategien.
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Gesundheits- oder Medizinsektor sowie im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten.

## Description

* Analyse und Modernisierung der bestehenden IT-Landschaft, insbesondere Storage-, Backup- und Netzwerkarchitektur (u. a. VMware vSAN, 5G, DNS-Sicherheit).
 * Konsolidierung der IT-Admin-Tools sowie Aufbau effizienter Asset-Management- und Ersatzteilprozesse.
 * Definition und Einführung strukturierter Onboarding-, Change- und Offboarding-Prozesse.
 * Umsetzung zentraler Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie 2FA, Passwort-Safes und BYOD-Regelungen gemäß Datenschutzvorgaben.
 * Einführung durchgängig digitaler Abläufe sowie strukturierte Dokumentation und Sicherung von IT-Wissen.
