 * Helpdesk / Support - 2nd-Level Support
 * Administration - IT-Infrastruktur - Server Windows, * Detaillierte Problemanalyse mit Logfiles (Graylog, C#-Stacktraces), Wireshark, T-SQL Abfragen, etc.
 * Applikations-Debugging m. Visual Studio
 * Problembehebung unter Einbindung des Herstellers
 * Konfiguration und Ausrollen neuer Applikationsversionen
 * Anfertigen von DB-Traces und Service-Dumps
 * Ticketbearbeitung -und Erstellung (Jira)
 * Technische Betreuung von Betriebsunterstützungs-Meetings (DB, Applikation)
