## About the Role

* Valid certification (CPSSA / CSSA) or CPSA / CSA- mandatory.

 * At least 3 to 5 years of experience implementing Pega applications
 * Proven experience in performance tuning and maintenance of Pega systems
 * Strong grasp of security models and access control design
 * Confident use of system logs, PAL and Tracer to analyse complex issues
 * Experience in integration design with REST/SOAP, connectors and data pages
 * Experience in the insurance sector (claims or policy administration systems) is an advantage
 * Full professional English proficiency, written and spoken, * 20 years of IT-recruitment experience

## Description

* You design the application architecture so that solutions are reusable across insurance lines of business (claims, policy, underwriting)
 * You apply advanced Pega capabilities: performance tuning, security and access control, and decisioning
 * You own the integration design end-to-end, from REST and SOAP interfaces through connectors to data pages
 * You debug and troubleshoot complex application issues using system logs, PAL and Tracer
 * You guide and review the work of CPSA / CSA-level developers
 * You ensure Guardrail compliance and establish best practices across the team
