Leadership * Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the IDM team, ensuring adherence to best practices in server and database management, as well as customer relations. * Work closely with the System Administration, Solution Architecture, Network, and Project Management teams, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ensure alignment between internal processes and customer requirements.
