## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit einem wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Cyber Security, Information Security oder Regulatory Compliance
 * Kenntnisse gängiger Frameworks wie ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2 oder DORA
 * Erfahrung in Projekt- und Stakeholdermanagement
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
 * Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau

Nice-to-haves:

 * Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM, CRISC oder ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
 * Erfahrung in regulierten Industrien

Unser rund 40-köpfiges Cybersecurity-Team unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Informationssicherheit. Das Team rund um Roman Tobler kümmert sich um regulatorische Anforderungen in Bezug auf Cyber Security. Gemeinsam begleitet das Team Kund:innen von der Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung nachhaltiger Sicherheitslösungen.

An all unseren Standorten erwartet dich ein modernes Umfeld mit flexiblen Arbeitsbereichen - mit Fokus auf Produktivität, Teamspirit und Austausch im Alltag., * Beratung von Vorständen oder Security-Verantwortlichen zu Cyber Security, Governance und regulatorischen Anforderungen

 * Entwicklung von Cyber Governance Frameworks und Security Operating Models
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von NIS2, CRA, DORA, TISAX, AI Act oder weiteren regulatorischen Vorgaben
 * Durchführung von Cyber Maturity Assessments und Gap Analysen
 * Steuerung von Transformationsprogrammen sowie Aufbau von Governance-, Risk- oder Compliance-Strukturen
