## Description

* Erste Anlaufstelle für Anwender*innen bei IT-Fragen und technischen Störungen direkt vor Ort
 * Analyse und Priorisierung von Anfragen sowie eigenständige Lösung von Problemen im Client- und Enduser-Umfeld
 * Betreuung des Service Desks - von der Ticket-Erfassung über die Bearbeitung bis zur Nachverfolgung
 * Unterstützung bei Hard- und Softwarefragen sowie Durchführung praxisnaher Schulungen für Anwender*innen
 * Betreuung von IT-Equipment und Arbeitsplätzen - inklusive Auf- und Abbau, Austausch, Lifecycle-Management und Unterstützung bei Umzügen
 * Enge Abstimmung mit internen IT-Teams und externen Partner*innen, insbesondere bei standortweiten IT-Störungen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei Rollouts und IT-Projekten sowie bei der laufenden Weiterentwicklung der IT-Services
 * Unterstützung der Anwender*innen bei der Nutzung von Self-Service-Angeboten und digitalen Lösungen
