## Description

* Systementwicklung: SAP-HCM und SAP SuccessFactors Lösungen entwickeln und optimieren
 * Abrechnungsschemata: Schemen, Zyklen und Regeln anpassen und weiterentwickeln
 * Abrechnungsänderungen: Gesetzliche, kollektivvertragliche und betriebliche Anpassungen umsetzen
 * Customizing: Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse anpassen und pflegen
 * ABAP-Entwicklung: Programme, Reports, Formulare und Schnittstellen im SAP-HCM-Umfeld umsetzen
 * Projektarbeit: HR-Systeme, Prozesse und Technologien im SAP Umfeld einführen und umsetzen
 * Anforderungsanalyse: HR-Anforderungen strukturieren und technische Lösungskonzepte erstellen
 * Fehlerbehebung: Fehler analysieren, beheben und Performance optimieren
 * Systementwicklungen/-updates: Upgrades, Tests, Qualitätssicherung und Produktivsetzungen umsetzen
 * Teilprojektverantwortung: Technische HR-Teilprojekte verantworten
 * Dokumentation: Technische Unterlagen erstellen und pflegen
 * Beratung: HR-Fachbereiche technisch unterstützen
