Unterstützung beim Aufbau organisatorischer Strukturen für KI-Lösungen und Governance in einem dynamischen IT-nahen Umfeld. Expertise in KI-Methoden, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Stakeholder-Management erforderlich.

 * Entwicklung organisatorischer Fachkonzepte im KI-Kontext (Strategie, Governance, Ethik, Rollen, Prozesse)
 * Umsetzung und Rollout von KI-Fachkonzepten inkl. Change Management
 * Identifikation und Spezifikation relevanter KI-Anwendungsfälle
 * Planung und organisatorische Einführung von KI-Lösungen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von AI-Act, DSGVO und weiteren regulatorischen Vorgaben
