 * Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and API-first design. Experience integrating AI into enterprise landscapes.
 * Banking or financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
 * Excellent communication skills at executive and technical level.
 * Fluent English (German or a CEE language is a plus).
 * Familiar with agile working methods.

## Description

* Analyze ongoing AI and retail initiatives and create a structured portfolio inventory.
 * Assess solution architectures for consistency with RBI platforms and group-wide standards.
 * Define solution blueprints and target architectures.
 * Prepare build-vs-buy decisions and conduct vendor/platform evaluations.
 * Create gap analyses and derive prioritized roadmaps.
 * Produce regular executive summaries for COO/board level.
