## About the Role

* 1 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Support, idealerweise ergänzt durch Programmiererfahrung
 * Kenntnisse in SQL, vorzugsweise mit OracleErfahrung mit Linux sowie mit umfangreichen Anwendungen in Client-Server-, 3-Schichten-Architekturen oder Containertechnologien

 * C/S-Architektur, 3-tier Architektur

 * Helpdesk / Support - Helpdesk / Support (allgemein), * Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
 * Präzise Analyse und effektive Lösung von Problemen im technischen Support
 * Detaillierte Voruntersuchung von Softwarefehlern und Erstellung umfassender Diagnoseunterlagen (z. B. Konfigurationsdaten, Reproduktionsabläufe, Log-Dateien)
 * Entwicklung von Workarounds zur kurzfristigen Problemlösung
 * Auf Wunsch auch Möglichkeit zu internationalen Einsätzen zur langfristigen Betriebsunterstützung
