## About the Role

* Je hebt een bachelor Informatica of relevante ervaring binnen systeem- en netwerkbeheer.
 * Je hebt een brede technische kennis van Windows Server, Active Directory, routing, VLAN, RADIUS, WiFi, virtualisatie en security.
 * Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het configureren van firewalls en bij voorkeur kennis van VPN en SD-WAN.
 * Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en beschikt over een echte probleemoplossende mindset.
 * Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een plus.
 * Kennis van Azure en Office 365 is mooi meegenomen.

## Description

* Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt netwerken en diverse POS-hardware zoals computers, servers, printers, scanners en schermen.
 * Je ondersteunt klanten ter plaatse, telefonisch en via mail en analyseert technische incidenten om snel tot een oplossing te komen.
 * Je implementeert IT-infrastructuur bij klanten en werkt mee aan technische projecten.
 * Je configureert en beheert netwerken, firewalls, VPN- en SD-WAN-oplossingen en virtualisatieomgevingen.
 * Je werkt zelfstandig bij klanten, maar maakt deel uit van een ervaren team waarop je steeds kunt terugvallen.
