## Description

Als Scrum Master begeleid je developmentteams bij de ontwikkeling van een cloud-native SaaS-platform volgens agile principes, met een sterke focus op AI-gedreven softwareontwikkeling. Je faciliteert scrumceremonies en past agile processen aan een omgeving aan waarin AI-agents actief deelnemen aan ontwikkeling, testing en delivery.

Daarnaast coach je ontwikkelaars in hun veranderende rol, ondersteun je product owners bij het opstellen van duidelijke en bruikbare backlogs en help je teams om efficiënter samen te werken. Je neemt belemmeringen weg, optimaliseert ontwikkelprocessen en stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering en experimentatie.
