Rattaché à votre responsable (HOTLINE) et dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technicien Informatique Hotline : Responsabilités et fonctions : Maintenir les infrastructures des systèmes d'informations. La fonction implique de comprendre les besoins des clients et de les aider à résoudre les dysfonctionnements Vos missions : - Intégrer l'équipe Hotline (Poste en télétravail) - Prendre en charge le support technique toutes technologies confondues. - Assurer le déploiement des installations techniques chez les clients. - Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des infrastructures gérées par le client - Participer à l'élaboration du volet technique des propositions commerciales.
