## Description

1. Support N2/N3 & MCO Applicatif

 - Traiter les incidents et demandes utilisateurs (français et anglais) sur les modules Finance (comptabilité, paiements) et Logistique (achats, ventes, données de base).
 - Garantir le respect des engagements de service (SLA) et proposer des solutions de contournement en cas de blocage.
 - Assurer la surveillance des interfaces métiers (paie, facturation, notes de frais, ETL) et la maintenance corrective des bots RPA / scripts d'automatisation.

 2. Gestion des Releases SAP S/4HANA

 - Accompagner le client lors des deux mises à jour majeures annuelles SAP : analyse d'impact, recettes de non-régression et ajustements fonctionnels.

 3. Pilotage, Documentation & Qualité

 - Assurer la phase de passation avec l'intégrateur sortant et maintenir la documentation à jour.
 - Renseigner l'outil de ticketing client et participer aux points de suivi réguliers.
 - Analyser les incidents (REX) et formuler des propositions d'amélioration continue.
