 - Maitrise d'un ou plusieurs ordonnanceur (Dynatrace, VTom, Control M)

 - Expérience sur OS Linux et/ou Windows (analyse de logs, performance, troubleshooting)

 - Compétences technique en bases de données, scripting et virtualisation
 - Capacité d'analyse, rigueur, proactivité, gestion du stress

## Description

L'ingénieur d'exploitation informatique assure le run quotidien, la supervision des systèmes et le traitement des incidents afin de garantir la disponibilité et la performance du SI.

-Assurer l'exploitation quotidienne des infrastructures et applications
-Surveillance des services, monitoring, alertes.
-Gestion/résolution des incidents : diagnostic, correction, escalade.

-Surveiller et gérer les chaînes batch
-Gestion des changements en production (mises à jour, déploiements).
-Réalisation des actions de maintenance (patches, correctifs, configuration).
-Automatisation des process de production, des bascules, des plans de reprise.

-Appliquer les procédures d'exploitation et runbooks

-Documenter les incidents et procédures
