De formation Bac+2, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 1 année minimum.
Vous maîtrisez les environnements Windows, les outils bureautiques (Office 365) et possédez de bonnes bases en réseau.

## Description

Vous rejoignez l'équipe informatique pour assurer la continuité de service des outils numériques. Ce poste hybride combine l'assistance à distance (helpdesk) et les interventions directes sur le terrain (proximité)., Assistance utilisateurs : prise en charge des incidents via l'outil de ticketing et assurer le diagnostic par téléphone ou prise de main à distance.

 - Support de proximité : intervenir physiquement dans les différents services pour résoudre les pannes matérielles.
 - Gestion de parc : suivre l'inventaire du matériel et contribuer à la documentation technique pour enrichir la base de connaissances.
