## About the Role

 * Software-Verständnis. Du musst kein studierter Software-Engineer sein, aber du verstehst Datenmodelle, APIs, Auth und Security gut genug, um zu merken, wenn die KI Unsinn baut - um es dann besser zu machen.
 * KI-first-Reflex. Du arbeitest täglich mit agentischen Coding-Tools, promptest nach System und weißt, wie man aus einem LLM verlässlich gute Software herausholt.
 * Tempo und Ownership. Du willst Dinge fertig machen und live sehen - und übernimmst Verantwortung, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert und machst es dann besser.
 * Neugier als Grundzustand. Neue Modelle, neue Tools, neue Patterns - du probierst sie aus, bevor andere davon gehört haben.
 * Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

Nice to have

 * UX-Gespür - du baust Dinge, die nicht nur funktionieren, sondern sich gut anfühlen.
 * Grundverständnis für Marketing, Tracking und Funnels (GA4, GTM, Conversion-Denken).
 * Erfahrung mit RAG-/LLM-Workflows, KI-Agenten oder eigenen Automationen in Produktion.
 * Eigene Gründungs-, Agentur- oder SaaS-Erfahrung.

## Description

Intern - unsere Micro-SaaS-Werkbank:

 * Prozesse, die wir zwei-, dreimal manuell durchgespielt haben, gießt du in kleine, saubere Web-Apps: Kunden-Reporting, Angebotserstellung, interne Tracking- und Ops-Tools.
 * Aus unseren Playbooks machst du replizierbare Systeme: "So bauen wir Tracking-Dashboards" einmal in Software gegossen - und dann pro Kunde ausgerollt statt jedes Mal neu gebaut.
 * Du entwickelst bestehende interne Apps weiter - einige davon sind bereits ziemlich sophisticated - statt bei null anzufangen.

Bei Kunden - echte Fachprobleme statt Standard-Websites:

 * Gemeinsam mit unseren Strategen übersetzt du komplexe Fachprozesse unserer Kunden - die heute in Excel, E-Mail und Köpfen leben - in individuelle Web-Apps und Datenprodukte.
 * Vom Prototyp (in Tagen, nicht Wochen) bis zur Produktion: Datenmodell, Auth, Security, Performance - du weißt, was eine Web-App produktionsreif macht.
