* Annahme, Bewertung, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im IT-Kundenservice
 * Professionellen Störungsanalyse und -beseitigung als 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen und der Betreuung und Schulung der Anwender
 * Zentrale Schnittstelle zu den internen Fachbereichen sowie den 100 Außenstandorten
 * Koordinator der externen Dienstleister
