## Description

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du unser neuer Werkstudent wirst.
Die folgenden Aufgaben warten auf dich:

 * Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung für IT-Anfragen
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
 * Unterstützung im Betrieb der System- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Mithilfe bei Software-Rollouts und Updates
 * Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Einbringen von Prozessverbesserungen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit an spannenden IT-Projekten, Wenn diese Fähigkeiten auf dich zutreffen, wärst du perfekt für #Amapharm bei unserer Mission zum #GlobalGrowth.
 * Very good knowledge of German (C1-Level)
 * Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems and client-server architectures
 * Basic knowledge of network architectur
 * Understanding of LAN/WLAN infrastructures, firewalls, VPNs, and network security
 * Knowledge of user, access rights, and device management
 * Basic understanding of virtualization and/or cloud environments
 * Confident handling of hardware, operating system installations, and IT ticket systems
 * Service-oriented, independent working style and good communication skills
