ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD and ITIL certifications would also be advantageous. ## Description This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate between business strategy, platform governance and technology delivery, helping organisations maximise the value they achieve from ServiceNow. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and operational leaders to shape platform strategy, improve governance and drive the continual evolution of ServiceNow capabilities.
