* Experience in an engineering role, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing product environment

 * Bonus points for exposure to marketplaces, logistics, pricing, or e-commerce systems.

 * Real-time, intelligent pricing that models true job-level costs and responds dynamically to supply, demand, and market conditions
 * Predictive demand and routing models that forecast driver availability and optimise job allocation before a customer even books
 * LLM-powered tooling across our internal and customer-facing products, from intelligent quoting to driver workflow automation
 * A two-sided marketplace where drivers can buy and sell jobs to maximise utilisation - powered by smart matching algorithms

We're looking for a pragmatic engineer who enjoys solving business problems through technology to work with our Consumer teams. These squads focus on the customer journey from attraction to sign up and work closely with marketing and sales.

What you'll be doing:

 * Design and build production-grade systems that scale
 * Help operate and improve systems in production
 * Write clean, pragmatic, well-tested code with long-term maintainability in mind
 * Tackle full stack technical challenges and data flows
 * Collaborate with product and non-technical teammates to understand requirements
 * Learning best practices around scalability, performance, and system design
