This is a highly collaborative role in which the UXD will work closely with other UXDs, User Interface Designers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers and business stakeholders. * Deliver on project requirements by researching, designing, prototyping and testing design solutions for an ecommerce platform. * Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and written documentation to communicate interface elements and interactions. * Provide elegant solutions to design problems that balance user goals with business requirements and technical limitations. * Work with cross-functional team members to promote designs that are both technically feasible and resource economical. * Analyse and leverage user research, customer feedback, site metrics and usability findings to tailor interfaces to meet specific needs and objectives. * Read, analyse and understand documents that provide information used in the course of projects (requirements, surveys, reports, etc.). * Manage time and schedule in order to meet and exceed commitment to project delivery. * Maintain up-to-date expertise in goal-directed design and usability principles., A long-term perspective with responsible tasks and attractive development opportunities in a dynamic team.
