* 4+ years' commercial IT experience
 * Current or recent experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
 * Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online
 * Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, DNS and office networking
 * Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
 * Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
 * Able to commute easily into Central London

* Third-line support, escalations and complex troubleshooting
 * Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online support and configuration
 * Microsoft Intune deployment and endpoint management
 * Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 security
 * Domain, DNS, email security and routing
 * Windows endpoint troubleshooting
 * Network, Firewall and Wi-Fi support
 * Network equipment deployment and patching
 * Backup deployment and management
 * Client site visits, office moves and infrastructure projects
 * Video conferencing setup and support
 * Vendor and third-party supplier liaison
