You will ideally have: * Experience leading or managing an IT function or team. * Experience with ERP or business systems (e.g. Epicor, SAP, Dynamics) desirable. * Comfortable working across the full range of IT activity, from hands-on troubleshooting and user support through to strategic digital transformation projects. * Strong knowledge of cyber security principles and best practices. * Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID, Intune, device management and identity/access management. * Experience applying AI tools or automation to real business problems, with a practical understanding of how technology can improve ways of working. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. * The confidence to challenge existing processes and propose better ways of working. * A proactive approach to learning new technologies and developing new skills. * A desire to make a genuine impact on how people work and collaborate. ## Description As IT & Digital Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our IT systems and team while driving the digital transformation of the business. This is a broad, hands-on role, requiring someone comfortable working across the full range of IT support, from practical troubleshooting and 1st line support through to strategic projects. You will work closely with leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities where technology, automation, and AI can improve processes, increase productivity, and enhance decision-making.
