As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping Greene King's digital future by analysing business needs and translating them into innovative solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design processes and deliver digital products that enhance the pub experience.

Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives, being involved initiatives from start to end.
Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
Own and document the requirements, business and system processes accurately, including 'as is' and 'to be' states, including non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to design and deliver world-class solutions.
Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery.
