## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Java Developer in Test or similar role.

 * Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

 * Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

 * Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.

 * Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or Gatling.

 * Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with API testing.

 * Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

 * Certification in software testing or related fields.

## Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test to join our dynamic team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

The successful candidate preferably should have SC/DV clearance or must be eligible and willing to go through SC/DV clearance.

Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java.

 * Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application features and create robust test plans.

 * Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify issues and ensure software quality.

 * Develop and maintain test frameworks and tools to support automated testing.

 * Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and code quality.

 * Identify, document, and track software defects and work with developers to resolve them.

 * Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.
