Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Degree in an engineering discipline or progression towards one. - Experience with sterile or aseptic manufacturing equipment or similar complex systems. - Experience leading frontline teams and developing technical capability in others. - Knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, or quality systems. - Experience supporting audit activities and regulatory interactions. - Practical project delivery experience in capital or revenue projects., Asset Life Cycle Management, Data Integrity, Digital Fluency, GxP Regulations, Lean Management, Manufacturing Technologies, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Risk Awareness, Standards Compliance ## Description You will design, build and maintain engineering platforms that keep our sites running safely and reliably. You will work closely with engineers, technicians and operations teams to solve problems and deliver improvements.
