## Description

As a People Data Analyst, you will analyse and interpret workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support better decision-making across the organisation. You'll lead on workforce analytics, workforce planning insights and performance reporting, transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Working closely with colleagues across People and Culture, you'll help improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience through meaningful insight and evidence-based reporting., * Produce workforce dashboards, reports and insights for managers, executives and boards.

 * Analyse workforce trends, including turnover, absence, vacancies and skills data.
 * Deliver workforce planning analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling.
 * Build and maintain accessible self-service reporting and dashboard solutions.
 * Present complex data in clear, engaging formats that support decision-making.
 * Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation and efficiency.
