## About the Role

* Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering.
 * Experience with Kubernetes and containerised platforms.
 * Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure or GCP.
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
 * Experience with CI/CD tooling and automation.
 * Experience with platform security, operational tooling and governance.
 * Experience delivering complex solutions within secure or regulated environments.
 * We require applicants to be Sole UK Nationals and eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC), with a willingness to undergo Developed Vetting (DV).
 * Experience within Defence, National Security or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous.
 * Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.

## Description

* Design, build and maintain secure, scalable platform solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
 * Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
 * Implement monitoring, observability and operational tooling to improve platform reliability.
 * Work closely with Site Reliability Engineering and Operations teams to ensure high availability and resilience.
 * Support incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Act as a technical mentor, promoting engineering standards and best practice across the team.
 * Collaborate with architects, engineers and stakeholders to evolve platform capabilities and adopt emerging technologies.
