## About the Role

* Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems.
 * Understanding of warehouse operations and distribution environments.
 * Experience delivering high-quality customer or user support.
 * SQL reporting and query-writing skills.
 * Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
 * Ability to build effective relationships with users at all levels.
 * Problem-solving mindset with a focus on outstanding service and continuous improvement.
 * Experience with iReports, RDT device support, ODBC reporting in Microsoft Excel, Oracle APEX, RedPrairie/Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, PowerShell or other scripting languages, PL/SQL, or warehouse automation systems is desirable.

## Description

* Provide support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) queries and issues.
 * Collaborate with operational teams to assess requirements and identify productivity improvements.
 * Work with system users to develop practical, supportable solutions.
 * Support a range of business-critical systems alongside the wider systems team.
 * Test and implement new processes, integrations, and third-party interfaces, including carrier systems.
 * Deliver user training on systems and business processes.
 * Manage system updates, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
 * Document processes and create user guides where required.
 * Support occasional out-of-hours system changes and business-critical operations when needed.
