We're looking for individuals with experience in some of the following areas: * Experience across two or more of: cloud strategy, application and cloud modernisation, cloud operating model, FinOps and cloud economics, or multi-cloud/hybrid strategy - for large or mid-sized organisations. * A genuine AI angle: an informed point of view on how generative and agentic AI are reshaping cloud strategy, and hands-on curiosity in applying AI tools to your own ways of working. * Structured problem-solving and first-class communication skills - able to turn ambiguity into crisp storylines and executive-ready material. * Currently working in a major consulting firm, and/or in industry with a consulting background, with experience of proposition building and business development contribution. * Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. * Certifications in relation to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform are desirable. Your Role As a Cloud & AI Strategy Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will help organisations move beyond cloud adoption - shaping how they modernise their applications, data and platforms to become AI-ready, and connecting technology choices to business value. In this role you will play a key role in: Cloud and AI modernisation strategy: Shaping strategies that go beyond migration - modernising applications, data and platforms so clients can scale AI, unlock innovation and reduce cost and risk. Multi-cloud and workload strategy: Advising multi-cloud and hybrid strategies, workload placement, portability and sovereignty, and how AWS, Azure and GCP estates fit together into one coherent enterprise picture. Executive storytelling: Bringing strategy, operating model, economics and architecture perspectives together into clear, compelling narratives that senior executives can act on. Key expectations from this role include: As a Consultant: lead a stream of work and produce high-quality deliverables, providing key input to shape the strategic direction and support the design of propositions. As a Senior Consultant: design and lead projects / multiple streams, taking ownership for elements of the proposition.
