Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Experience working with Agile or structured change management processes Desirable Experience with Jitterbit (highly desirable) Experience supporting platforms such as Certinia (FinancialForce), CPQ, Vonage, Pardot, Conga, Gearset, or OwnBackup Experience working in a support-led or BAU development environment Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Omnistudio) ## Description The Salesforce Application Support Developer is a key member of the Salesforce Application Support Team at PPL PRS. This role enhances our support capability by embedding Salesforce development expertise directly within the support function. The role focuses on enhancements, configuration changes, minor bug fixes, and technical improvements to the Salesforce platform, while acting as a technical escalation point for the wider Application Support Team. The role also serves as a buffer between Application Support and the Internal Development Team, ensuring issues are triaged, stabilised, and well-defined before being escalated into larger development backlogs.
