technologies.Experience configuring CMDB, configuration management and service-management solutions, supported by a sound understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles.Proven ability to align with architecture roadmaps and governance, make evidence-based technical recommendations and deliver secure, scalable, maintainable and upgrade-safe solutionsStrong consulting, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain technical choices to business and technology audiences.Experience coaching and mentoring developers and administrators within Agile, product-centric or modern engineering environments.Desirable skills:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more product streams (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM) ITIL Foundation or Agile methodology certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) Experience contributing to ServiceNow platform health checks, release upgrades, or

Working across multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will provide hands-on technical guidance, participate in design decisions, and build trusted relationships with day-to-day client peers. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to reusable platform assets, and support the development of
