* Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support or Senior IT Engineer role
 * MSP experience is highly desirable
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory
 * Good networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills

## Description

Our client, an established and growing Managed Service Provider, is looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer to join their technical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mix of high-level support, infrastructure projects and cloud technologies, while benefiting from ongoing training and genuine career progression.

What You'll Do:

 * Provide 3rd line support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
 * Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory environments
 * Deliver infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and technical projects
 * Troubleshoot networking, virtualisation and security-related issues
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service improvements
