## Description

BI Data Analyst (Power BI & Advanced Excel) - Banbury - Hybrid - 40,000 to 50,000

If you have a proven background in Power BI and advanced Excel and are a Data Analyst who loves turning data into clear, meaningful insight, this role gives you the space, ownership and visibility you've been looking for. Our client in Banbury wants someone who can shape how reporting works across the business.

This opportunity will include extracting data, building dashboards and financial reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

What you'll be doing

 * Using your expertise to extract, transform and validate data
 * Creating engaging, visual dashboards in Power BI that help teams make more informed decisions
 * Working directly with stakeholders to understand what they need and why
 * Developing reporting solutions across Power BI
 * Improving existing reporting processes and helping the business get more from its data
