* Bedarfsanalyse und Kundenforderungen - Welche Hard- und Softwareausstattung eignet sich für die jeweilige Abteilung, den jeweiligen Sachbearbeiter/ die jeweilige Sachbearbeiterin
 * Technische Ausstattung - Wie wird das Büro fachgerecht ausgestattet, Anzahl PC und Monitore, Verkabelung, Installation
 * Einrichtung von Netzwerken - hierzu zählt die Einrichtung von Computer, Drucker und technischer Geräte.
 * Installation von Betriebssystemen und verschiedensten Softwareprodukten sowie Einweisung der Mitarbeiter/innen
 * IT Support und Wartung - Fehlerbehebungen bei Hardware und Software, Benutzersupport und Hotlinebetrieb, Einweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern / Mitarbeiterinnen

Dauer, Gliederung:

 * die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre, beginnt am 1. September und ist in schulische und praktische Abschnitte gegliedert

Schulische Ausbildung:

 * Berufsschulunterricht in Blockform, je zwei Wochen an der Klara-Oppenheimer-Schule in Würzburg
 * Fächer wie IT-Systeme, Vernetzte Systeme, Programmierung und Betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse

Betriebliche Ausbildung:

 * der praktische Teil findet in der Abteilung für Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik, in der Klara-Oppenheimer-Schule oder dem Beruflichen Schulzentrum für Wirtschaft und Datenverarbeitung der Stadt Würzburg statt
 * wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von 39 Stunden (Gleitzeit)
